Compared with our standard reflective integrating sphere, IS50-LS can increase the light intensity by 100 times. It has important value in reflection measurement applications. It combines the integrating sphere and the halogen tungsten light source, and directly irradiates the scattered halogen tungsten light onto the sample without the loss of fiber coupling. It has an SMA interface that can be directly connected to our fiber optic spectrometer to collect reflected signals.

IS50-LS is most commonly used for dark, low-reflectivity materials and near-infrared spectroscopy where the signal strength is greatly limited.

IS50-LS has an inner diameter of 50mm, a sampling port of 10mm, and an SMA reference interface. The 5W halogen lamp is stabilized and cooled by forced airflow. The configuration includes a 5V/4A power supply. Through the switch line, you can switch on/off remotely.

In normal times, we use ordinary integrating spheres, and when testing some products with high absorption, the collected signals will be very weak, so we developed the enhanced integrating sphere IS50-LS, that is, the light source is integrated in the integrating sphere. internal.

IS50-LS is an ideal combination of integrating sphere and built-in halogen tungsten light source. The integrating sphere can be used in reflectance measurement. The collimated SMA measurement port can be connected to the spectrometer to measure the reflectance spectrum signal. The advantage of the built-in halogen tungsten light source is that it is 100 times stronger than the ordinary integrating sphere and external fiber-coupled halogen lamp illuminating the sample, so it is especially suitable for dark, low-reflectivity materials and NIR spectrum measurement.
